 SHIPMENT WITH TNT

For the delivery of orders we work with TNT (PostNL)s.

Here is a table of delivery time and costs:

After receiving your payment your parcel will be shipped asap. 
After your order is trusted to TNT you will receive an e-mail with a trackingnumber, so you can track your parcel.

Please be advised that de delivery times are only indicative and not binding, as TNT is an external delivery service we are unable to give exact delivery date or hour.

• Your order is ensured to € 500 per parcel.

What if I was home at the time of delivery of my order?

• Orders with delivery adress in Belgium or Luxembourg, wich weren't able to deliver after 2 attempts (if also not left with your neighbours**), receive a notification with the contact data of the TNT transporter for you to schedule a third delivery attempt (within 5 days). Orders that were unable to deliver after 3 attempts are automatically returned.
   
• Orders with delivery adress in the Netherlands  wich weren't able to deliver after 2 attempts (if also not left with your neighbours**), receive a notification with place and time (neirest post office) where the parcel can be picked up. The parcel is held in the post office for no longer than 3 weeks.
   
• Orders with delivery adress in rest Europe*, wich were unable to be delivered after 1 to 3 attempts (if also not left with your neighbours**) are automatically returned.

We do not ship outside the European Union.
